Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Services Strategy &
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs) for the Professional Services
team
Identify process gaps and implement improvements in collaboration
with cross-functional teams
Support IT projects and manage Pro Serve revenue reporting during
month-end and quarter-end close
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or related
roles, preferably in a professional services environment
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with PSA and
Salesforce's CRM platform
Experience in managing small projects and data visualization tools
is a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
effectively
