Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium Cruise & Custom Vacation
Consultant for a second shift, home-based position.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class customer service in a high-volume travel call
environment
Design unique travel and lifestyle experiences by booking cruises,
custom vacations, hotels, and transportation
Build long-lasting relationships with Card Members by listening to
their needs and providing personalized service
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cruise, Custom Vacations, or
Agency
Proficient understanding of world geography and emerging travel
destinations
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
