Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Insights Analyst, Health to
enhance client experience through data analysis and feedback
mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback
mechanisms
Collect and analyze customer feedback from various channels to
identify trends
Develop customer insights reports and dashboards to track
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of research and data analytics experience
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis from
multiple sources
Proficiency in reporting design and remote dashboard creation
Expertise in data visualization techniques and MS Excel (VBA
preferred)
Experience with a VoC or Feedback Management system
