Job Description:
A company is looking for a Shipping Product Manager to enhance
logistical practices and improve the shipping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and scale logistical practices to process transactions
efficiently
Lead a team of Engineers and Designers to manage product roadmaps
and sprints
Drive execution of product initiatives aligned with strategic goals
and communicate updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Statistics, Quantitative
Management, Mathematics, or related field and five years of
relevant experience, or a Master's degree and three years of
relevant experience
Three years of experience in e-commerce logistics and API
integrations
Proficiency in using data and metrics for decision-making with
tools like Looker, Tableau, and SQL
Understanding of shipping carrier regulations and data
Experience working with machine learning for predictive modeling
and collaborating with UI/UX Designers
