collaborate with clients to ensure a successful experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and
facilitate communication
Identify upsell opportunities and drive process improvements for
customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
4+ years of client/account management or related experience
General understanding of project management procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
