Define and lead a CXO-wide operations transformation program to

Influence and align stakeholders across functions to drive workflow

Architect and execute end-to-end solutions to enhance operational
efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in process re-design, business
transformation, or workflow optimization
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior
leaders across functions
Strong strategic and holistic thinking about complex processes
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Strong understanding of systems configuration and emerging
technologies
