A company is looking for a Learning Manager II, User Services
and Support.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a learning vision and strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Continuously refine onboarding and training programs based on
audience needs
Track and analyze learning performance to present insights and
recommendations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a people management role
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management
Systems (LMS)
Expertise in instructional design models and adult learning
principles
Proven experience in designing and delivering employee training
programs
Experience in a customer support environment or with contact
centers
