A company is looking for a Personal Lines Inside Sales Producer
to provide high-level service to individual clients and manage
sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle lead volume primarily through inbound calls without cold
calling
Build sustainable relationships with customers and maintain
comprehensive records of conversations
Meet personal, team, and site call transfer targets while following
communication scripts and quality assurance requirements
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent; some college is a plus
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service
Proficient in computer skills and basic software packages
Ability to embrace the latest technologies
Strong decision-making and judgment skills
