Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Filter consultation calls and assign potential clients to the
appropriate Client Account Director
Prepare contracts and service agreements, and assist in invoicing
and payment collection
Provide support during training projects and conduct client
information research
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service or sales support experience
preferred
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
