Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer 3 responsible for
designing and implementing complex data network and voice solutions
for business customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and problem resolution for field service
inquiries
Collaborate with the sales team on product modifications and custom
project engineering
Conduct needs analyses and design strategic solutions for
customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and
CompTIA Security+ are preferred
In-depth knowledge and skills in data network and voice
solutions
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into
understandable information for customers
