Job Description

Coordinates/Administrates within the local market:


Warehouse Management
Shipping
Receiving
Inventory
Re-Use of materials
Material Orders, Logistics and Verification
Scheduling Manpower under the direction of the Sr PM.
Project launch, certification, and as-built documents
Close Out Documentations
Customer Invoicing
Weekly Updates & Reports
Asset Tracking
Asset Certification
Vehicle Maintenance Reports
Technician Payroll
Inventory Control- with focus on re-use of materials.


Job hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.

This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.

Job Requirements

Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree

Education: High school + AA Degree or higher

Skill-sets: Computer - Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Pay Scale is $22-27/hr based on experience
