As a CSR Specialist/Receptionist at WHIZZ, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage the front desk area and maintain a neat and organized appearance
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as neededRequirements:
