Recruiter - Bayonne, NJ - To $52 p/h d/o/e

Responsibilities include:

Works with department directors and managers to identify professional staff needs and to develop a strategic recruitment plan.
Actively advertises job openings using multiple media types including internal job posting boards, the Internet, job fairs, university career centers, job placement firms, national and local newspapers, and networking.
Responsible for reviewing applicants in iCIMS and screening potential candidates including initial screening interviews and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job-offers.
Facilitate new hire orientation
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
4+ years recruitment experience,
Healthcare experience a huge plus!
Knowledge of employment laws.
Knowledge of various recruitment methods including social media.
Strong Customer Service, problem resolution, and organizational skills.
Skill in developing and implementing recruitment materials.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and schedules.
