Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Account Manager I to
provide HR best practice guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Create handbooks, policies, salary data, and job descriptions for
clients
Respond to client inquiries and process requests while maintaining
established standards
Research and collaborate with team members to resolve client issues
and provide HR solutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
1+ years of customer or client-facing consultative experience
required
1 year of general HR experience in roles such as HR assistant, HR
coordinator, or HR admin required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and
PowerPoint
Ability to manage a client load of approximately 120 with
appropriate response times
