Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join their
People Operations team as a contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the full life-cycle recruitment process for Technical
positions in the Software Development Industry
Source passive candidates and maintain robust talent pipelines for
current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and
drive the recruitment process from start to finish
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; HR Certifications are a
plus
At least 4 years of experience in high-volume Technical recruiting,
preferably in IT Consulting Services or Software Development
Hands-on experience with various methods to source talent and
proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
Experience in a fast-paced environment; start-up and remote
experience preferred
Proven ability to act as a proactive self-starter who navigates
ambiguity with ease
