This individual will incorporate these new technologies & processes into Clinical Supply Chain to stabilize our operations as programs mature as well as scale for the future to support our portfolio. Specific to cell therapy, this role will collaborate closely not only within Clinical Supply Chain but also with Global Development, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to use our core procedures and expertise but also develop fit-for-purpose processes where required.\rYou will be part of an enthusiastic, inclusive and diverse team in an innovative environment that values personal and professional development! • Define and develop processes and system capabilities (Lentivirus, Drug Product, Chain of Custody, Logistics, Release) to support the delivery of new assets in the Advanced Therapies space as well as ensure scalability to large phase III trials and commercial launch.
• Work with partners to proactively identify challenges and define mitigations that could impact the development timelines and launch while ensuring best in class experience for clinical sites and patients.
• Key business partner to develop a global end to end supply chain solution from development to commercialization. Develop fit-for-purpose systems and processes in close coordination with various teams and partners to ensure successful scalability to support patients globally
• Create strategic roadmap for clinical supply chain cell therapy including capacity management, system implementation, and governance process
• Define Chain of Custody/Chain of Identity strategy with Systems team and JSC while maintaining existing manual process during development phase of programs
• External benchmarking across pharmaceutical industry to drive efficiency with cell therapy supply chain
• Member of Clinical Supply Operations, Oncology Leadership Team
• Leading and/or supporting cross-functional and cross-departmental initiatives to improve business process/tools
• Leading and developing a team as well as implementing department and functional strategy\r\r
