These new tools not only reduce costs but also empower developers to build richer, smarter, and more engaging video experiences-whether for Web3 platforms, AI-powered dApps, or even traditional video use cases.Your Role:The Livepeer Core Team is now looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to streamline internal processes and manage allocation of our grants node. In this role, you'll take the lead in optimizing workflows and systems using no-code tools like Airtable and Hubspot, ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and clear internal communication channels via Discord. You'll be instrumental in setting up interfaces, dashboards, and automations that enhance team productivity while maintaining the operational excellence that supports Livepeer's growing ecosystem.Beyond internal operations, you'll play a pivotal role in managing Livepeer's grant programs and high-value initiatives like the Startup and Bounty Programs. You'll oversee grant application reviews, establish grantee milestones, coordinate payments, and serve as a key point of contact for technical needs. Collaborating with the Community Manager, you'll amplify ecosystem programs and operationalize strategic projects funded by Livepeer's on-chain treasury, including forming Special Purpose Entities. • Manage our grant operations

• Oversee the allocation of the grants treasury according to a budget, ensuring that we are supporting initiatives which align with both short- and long-term objectives.
• Manage the review framework and execute the process of each grant application, ensuring prompt pay out, milestone check-ins of grantees and comms channels.
• Manage the execution process of all multi-sig transactions, setting up transactions, and pinging other signers.
• Improve internal operations and workflows for Livepeer core team
  • Plan and execute workflows, pipelines, interfaces, dashboards and automations via Airtable and Hubspot.
  • Ensure data integrity across the Hubspot CRM, setting up integrations between different databases (Airtable & Hubspot) where necessary.
  • Set up clear internal communication channels via Discord, establishing clear guidelines, notifications and alerts and best practices.
  • Operationalise high-value ecosystem programs and initiatives
    • Operationalise core high-value programs, most notably the Startup Program, Bounty Program & more, to ensure their effective operationalisation.
    • Work with our Community Manager to coordinate amplification and execution of core programs.
    • Work on strategic projects funded by Livepeer's onchain treasury to establish new Special Purpose Entities (SPEs).Experience Required:
      • Experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a high-paced startup or agency environment, with at least 1 year working in a Web3 or AI environment.
      • No-code guru level; communications and productivity tools, such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, Zapier, Discord, Webflow, Hubspot and more.
      • Strong experience building processes, designing systems, and writing up great documentation.
      • Experience and interest in governance systems, writing proposals, either working for or with DAOs or onchain treasury.
      • Keen interest in tech and remote working, with a particular interest in AI, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, the new internet, open-source and/or frontier technology.
      • 2 written references or recommendations from past employers.Nice to Have:
        • Strong experience managing grants, educational or startup programs or working with accelerators.
        • Participated regularly in grants programs or hackathons, with a particularly interest in a specific ecosystem e.g. ComfyUI or Arbitrum.
        • Active following on social media (X, Bluesky, Farcaster or LinkedIn) with a focus on AI, Web3 or business operations.
        • Degree in Computer Science or Business.Compensation and Benefits:
          • Compensation: 80,000 USD - 120,000 USD per year depending on experience.
          • This role will initially be offered as a full-time, 6-month contractor agreement to allow you to demonstrate your capabilities. Upon successfully delivering the 6-month project, we will offer a permanent position.
