Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Steer the Front of House and Back of House teams towards consistent excellence in service, culinary, coffee, and beverage programs.
  
• Collaborate with General Managers to drive business objectives and growth through Enlightened Hospitality.
  
• Ensure the store maintains exceptional cleanliness, inventory, and physical condition.
  
• Support staff development, provide expert guidance, and champion Enlightened Hospitality principles.
  
• Monitor and maintain compliance with HR practices, DOL, and Health Department regulations.
  
• Lead payroll processing, accurate and timely, aligning with business and accounting procedures.
  
• Provide feedback and opportunities for growth, fostering a positive work environment.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2+ years of management experience in a similar environment.
    
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in a hospitality-related field (preferred).
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
    
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder.
    
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.
