Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage UGC partners for performance marketing to support
paid social ad campaigns
Oversee the UGC content production process, ensuring timely
delivery and alignment with campaign guidelines
Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for
leveraging paid social concepts
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC content
management, or performance marketing
Experience collaborating with paid social managers and creative
teams to produce high-performing ad creatives
Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns in a
startup environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high
ownership
Passion for food as medicine and nutrition therapy
