Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Ads Solutions Manager to lead the launch and growth of B2B ad products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercialization and revenue strategies for new B2B ad products
Conduct discovery sessions with CPG brands to identify their needs and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape new B2B ad products based on client feedback

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sales engineering, management consulting, or enterprise solutions, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce
Strong knowledge of B2B CPG sales strategies and industry dynamics
Ability to engage effectively with senior-level contacts (VP+)
Strategic thinker with experience in launching new offerings
Bachelor's degree preferred
