Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Fundraising and
Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communications and stewardship with current donor partners,
including reporting and renewals
Oversee fundraising efforts and develop strategies to attract and
secure new donor partnerships
Identify and research potential new partnerships while supporting
an Advisory Council for strategic guidance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field
preferred
10+ years of experience in non-profit or INGO development
leadership roles
Proven success in raising and managing multi-million-dollar grants
and contracts
Proficiency in project management, including cloud-based
systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary,
multicultural team environment
