Join our team as General Manager at a new, dual-concept restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. We're looking for a leader to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, and drive exceptional guest experiences.We offer a competitive base salary of $100,000-$110,000, plus bonus potential, along with benefits like health insurance and paid time off. This is a growth-oriented opportunity with a passionate team.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations and FOH team
• Implementing FOH systems and protocols
• Managing inventories and relationships with purveyors
• Leading weekly payroll and cash reconciliation
• Maintaining a safe and healthy facility
• Attending weekly leadership team meetingsRequired skills and experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Previous experience in opening new concepts and building teams
  • High interest and understanding of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
