Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead
and mentor a global team of engineers in building an AI-driven
offensive security platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, manage, mentor, and coach a global engineering team
Own improvements of existing offerings and develop new innovative
products
Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering design and
development
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in
SaaS cybersecurity products
Strong multi-cloud engineering experience
Experience with Secure SDL best practices and building
DevOps/DevSecOps teams
Recent expertise in building AI-enabled products and leading data
science teams
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain engineering
talent
