A company is looking for a VP Head of Retirement Plan
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the retirement plan operations
division
Ensure operational compliance with all regulatory and fiduciary
requirements
Lead process improvement initiatives and optimize workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related
field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Exceptional knowledge of compliance, plan design, and operational
risk management within retirement plans
10+ years of experience in retirement plan recordkeeping and
operations
Proven track record in managing large teams and overseeing
operational processes
Strong background in various retirement plans and knowledge of
recordkeeping and operations
