Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Manager to oversee
client relationships and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers,
collaborating on renewals and performance
Oversee new client implementations, ensuring timelines and
documentation are managed effectively
Prepare and lead client meetings, documenting discussions and
communicating relevant information to the internal team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Client management or benefits consulting experience required
Preferred experience in the PEO industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools
2-15 life and health insurance license required (can be obtained
after hiring)
