Job Description:
A company is looking for a Refi Mortgage Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee pipeline management to ensure timely loan processing and
closings
Support the Sales Team by structuring loan files and resolving
issues
Conduct training and monthly meetings to review policy changes and
system updates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of full-time refinance or purchase loan origination
experience
Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
Current and Active NMLS license; additional state licenses
preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in a call center
environment preferred
