Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager to
shape its talent acquisition strategy and manage recruitment
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and
define job requirements
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent
acquisition, with a focus on internal recruitment
Remote work experience
Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HR
software
Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
Tech/startup experience
