Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the platform engineering team to deliver the VMstore platform
hardware and software roadmap
Act as a liaison between the engineering team, senior management,
and product management to drive product strategy and execution
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure product requirements are
met and manage team talent development
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or
equivalent
15+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in
Engineering Management
Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of storage, networking, and large-scale distributed
systems
Experience in hardware systems delivery using ODM/CM development
models
