Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Onboarding Enablement and Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enablement programs for Customer Onboarding teams
Establish quality measurement frameworks and maintain performance indicators
Promote continuous learning and improvement through feedback and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, or healthcare technology operations
3+ years in a leadership role focused on enablement or quality management
Proven experience in business transformation and executing enablement strategies
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
