Card Operations Manager maintains responsibility for the day-to-day
operational and tactical tasks necessary to support the Commercial
Card team. They will monitor key performance indicators including
financial analysis, performance metrics and will represent the card
team on internal initiatives involving data integration, process
improvements, risk controls, procedure management, and rebate
payments.Responsibilities:
- Oversees the day-to-day operational management of the product,
ensuring the product and related processes are operating as
expected, leading issue resolution, supporting client acquisition,
monitoring and measuring performance, keeping partners informed and
providing oversight, working with vendors, etc.
- Will own all commercial card procedure documentation including
ongoing maintenance and reviews as required by line of
business.
- Ensures product and processes comply with relevant regulatory
requirements.
- Management of identified customer enhancement activities such
as monthly statements and rebate facilitation of reporting to
customers, partners, credit and risk tracking.
- Facilitates customer rebate payouts in accordance with customer
contract terms.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards across all
operational aspects including ongoing validation of vendor-supplied
data used in daily Commercial Card operations.
- Develops and maintains a central repository of all client
contracts, vendor contracts, and key contact information.
- Process documentation including procedures, internal and
external workflows, systemic flows, accounting treatments, credit
underwriting, segregation of duties.
- Develops and updates monthly financial reporting including
spend trends, profitability metrics, portfolio analysis,
forecasting, with possibility of participation in long-range goal
planning.
- Notification, tracking, and resolution of customer
delinquencies.
- Notification, tracking, and resolution of customer billing
setup changes.
- Identify processes that will improve client experience or
support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other areas of the bank including Deposit Ops,
Loan Ops, Compliance, Product, Risk Management, Credit
partners.
- Act as liaison for partners in Sales, Service, Implementations,
Account Management, etc. and supports these teams in the resolution
of any service (escalation point) delivery issues.
- Assisting to track financial revenue from Commercial and
Consumer as appropriate.
- Responds to internal audit requests.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state
laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to
anti-money laundering (i.e. Adheres to Bank policies and procedures
and completes required training).Education, Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Advanced degree - Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. -
preferred.
- The ideal candidate should have a background in Commercial Card
and is well versed in all card product offerings and associated
operational best practices.
- Strong financial analytical skills in order to conduct
profitability analysis on new and existing products.
- 7-10+ Years of Commercial Card Management experience
required.
- Familiarity with corporate ERP systems, purchase requisition
systems, accounting systems, accounts payable and expense
management processes.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Strong business orientation, track record of balancing risks
versus rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and
profitability for the business.
- Data driven and analytical, while also being a creative
thinker.

tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.The
estimated salary range for this position is $160,000 USD to
$180,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on
job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible
