A company is looking for a Director of IHWA Performance
Volume.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement member engagement strategies and
communications
Set annual bid volume and completion rate goals while tracking
vendor performance
Present performance updates and 5-year plans to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Health, or a
related field
5 or more years of leadership experience
2 or more years of MRA and analytics experience
2 or more years managing a member engagement program
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products
