A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to
join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across
multiple channels
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to
optimize for maximum ROI
Manage paid advertising budgets and create targeted audience
segments for campaigns
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital
advertising
Strong data analysis skills with experience in Google Analytics and
performance measurement tools
Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for high return on ad
spend (ROAS)
Familiarity with ad platforms and key performance metrics
Experience in eCommerce marketing or B2B performance marketing is a
plus
