You'll manage campaigns across platforms, drive experiments, and identify growth opportunities. Organized and data-driven, you balance quick iteration with a commitment to quality.You'll focus on Google Search while supporting the team across platforms, identifying growth opportunities, testing new strategies, and launching fresh tactics. With a data-driven mindset, you'll thrive in managing campaigns in a fast-growing startup.Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specializing in paid search.
• Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other web acquisition platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, write concise ad copy, and execute independently.Technical understanding of conversion tracking setup, with the ability to execute independently or guide technical teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with teams like Design, Engineering, and Analytics.Bonus Points:
