A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems
Analyst to manage and maintain their Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design end-to-end solutions involving SFDC Sales
Cloud and downstream systems
Interact with product, engineering, and business teams to capture
and analyze requirements for the Software & Services Monetization
Program
Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams, and user
functional flows
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems,
Computer Science, or Business
8+ years of Salesforce CRM experience with expertise in Sales Cloud
and Service Cloud
Deep expertise in configuring, solution designing, and implementing
Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
Background with large scale, multi-system integrations
Preferred Certifications: Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud
Consultant/Service Cloud Consultant, and Application Architect
