Job Description:

We are seeking a Server/Captain to deliver exceptional service in a refined yet dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring the front-of-house team, providing personalized service, building guest relationships, and maintaining a polished demeanor. Additional responsibilities include possessing deep knowledge of our French-American menu, collaborating with front and back-of-house teams, and leading by example to provide mentorship and training to junior servers.

Key qualifications include:
--- 2-3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service, with at least 1 year in a leadership or captain role,
--- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage pairings, and guest engagement,
--- Ability to engage guests and foster relationships with a polished yet approachable demeanor,
--- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment,
--- Attention to detail and presentation, ensuring every guest experience is flawless,
--- Flexibility and adaptability in staying calm under pressure, multitasking, and managing priorities effectively.
