Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Guide (Partner Account
Manager) to manage client relationships and drive revenue

Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients
Drive revenue growth by increasing loan applications and
funding
Track performance metrics and manage client data in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM management
Background in tech-forward environments, mortgage, or tech
enablement preferred
Willingness to learn Zippy's processes and advocate for clients
Personal connection to the manufactured housing industry is a
plus
