Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to complete health risk assessment surveys
for new insurance customers
Utilize rebuttals and navigate sensitive questions regarding
healthcare information
Manage multiple screens and programs simultaneously during
calls
Required Qualifications
Experience with health risk assessments or healthcare-related
surveys is preferred
Technologically savvy with the ability to troubleshoot devices
Must have a distraction-free and secure workspace
Pass a complete Federal Felony and HIPAA background check
Must meet specific equipment and internet requirements for remote
work
