Job Description:
A company is looking for a Child Support Team Lead to manage
team operations and ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure individual and service level standards are met or exceeded,
and staff members are appropriately trained
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training to
improve performance
Perform quality assurance on the work of others in the team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
6+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of the Illinois Chicago Child Support program
Ability to manage team operations in a fast-paced environment
Experience in training and guiding team members
