Description:Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics, a licensed, accredited post-secondary career school, is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative to selectively prospect, interview and enroll students in its New York State licensing courses in Esthetics and Waxing as well as a host of advanced training courses for Estheticians. An Admissions Representative pre-qualifies candidates to the school to ensure they meet the criteria and requirements established by the school. Admissions Representatives provide information regarding its courses, the esthetics industry as well as employment opportunities to prospective students so they can make informed decisions regarding their education choices and career options. Requirements: outbound prospecting to company and self-generated inquiriesconduct telephone and in-person interviews with prospective studentsevaluate the prospective student's needs, interests and qualifications to assist the individual in making informed decisionspresents information on the school's courses and tuition in a factual mannercompletes enrollment paperwork and assists students with requirementsremains in contact with students throughout their enrollmentupholds school policies, procedures, integrity and ethical standardsattends training sessions as scheduledpartners with other departments on campus to deliver quality support and service to studentsnetworks with community to promote the schoolparticipation in school-wide eventsCandidates must possess the following core competencies:Leadership - approachable, knowledgeable and respected. Persistence and a never give-up attitude is a must!Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekday evenings and weekends and adapt to the changing needs of the school's on-going enrollment.The ideal candidate will possess work experience in the specialty field of Esthetics and be able to converse comfortably from experience on all topics related to skin care. College degree is preferred.
