Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecom Project Manager responsible
for implementing strategies to improve customer experience and
streamline wireline service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and execute strategies for improving customer experience
and simplifying wireline services
Manage wire center level migrations of services being withdrawn and
ensure efficient customer migrations
Analyze information to determine compliant courses of action and
track migration milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
10+ years of experience with ILEC legacy systems and products
10+ years of direct customer contact and engagement experience
Project management experience with strong leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite or Google Sheets
