Job Description:
A company is looking for a SAP HR Functional-OM/PA, eCareer,
EHS.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, SAP module
configuration, and testing
Develop functional requirements specifications and manage
configuration and transaction/control tables
Coordinate projects across different organizations and understand
business processes to develop solutions
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of work experience in a functional configurator role in
SAP/HCM
SAP certifications in PA, PO, and/or HCM are desirable
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer,
and EHS
Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA is preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and IT Service Management
systems like ServiceNow
