Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Breakfast Cook to join our team at Bella's Cafe in New Haven, CT. If you have a passion for creating delicious breakfast dishes and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you! As a Breakfast Cook at Bella's Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast items, including Italian Style French Toast and Shrimp and Grits. Your duties will include knife skills, plate presentation, broiling, saut--ing, and ensuring food quality and consistency. In addition to breakfast items, you will also be responsible for preparing, a la carte dishes, making sauces from scratch, practicing portion control, batch cooking, and ensuring the overall quality of our menu items. Experience with back of house operations, fryer and baked goods is a plus. Company Information: Bella's Cafe has been providing unforgettable dining experiences to its customers since 2000.
