About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Executive Pastry Specialist to lead our pastry department at Ci Siamo. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our pastry menu and leading a team of pastry cooks.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of all pastry items to ensure high-quality standards.
• Lead a team of pastry cooks to ensure the efficient execution of pastry menu items.
• Maintain positive working relationships with kitchen and service teams.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in the development of seasonal pastry menus and specials.Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a pastry leadership role.
  • Certification in a hospitality-related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We Offer:
