Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner needed in New York for Adult Medicine coverage. Hybrid role Telehealth and Home Health located in NYC any borough. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and NY state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Will see 12-15 patients per day and patient population is geriatrics. 2 years experience in adult primary care required. Support staff includes MA's, RN's, scribes, behavioral specialists, physicians, practice manager and admin staff.Job Details:

• Experience Required: 2 years in adult primary care
