As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and well-being of our residents. This will involve collaborating with healthcare providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring resident clinical and care conditions.
• Support residents' independence by teaching self-care skills and promoting resident-centered care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and treatment plans.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of resident care plans.

    Requirements:
    
    • Active RN license in the state of practice.
    • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
