Autoantibody position is responsible for generating, integrating,
and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and
drive organizational action for the Autoantibody franchise within
the Immunology business unit. This position will support marketing,
sales, and business partners: delivering business building
recommendations, shaping decision-making, and advising product
strategy. The position plays a key role in guiding the commercial
team and as a result, shares accountability for business
results.This individual must have a consistent track record to lead
collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and
encourage sensible risk-taking. They will have the tenacity and
fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the
needs of patients. They will be personally accountable for making
