This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap of the product line and lead a team to ensure successful execution.
• Responsible for delivery of key product initiatives, determining capacity of the team and balancing workloads, and setting metrics for success.
• Set the strategy and roadmap for product efforts across one of our core product areas.
• Develop and execute plans to ensure adoption of products and features.
• Lead a team and manage their project pipeline.
• Deliver products and features efficiently and execute your vision.
• Measure the success of the product clearly and iterate quickly and effectively.Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
  • Jira experience (or similar) - Comfortable with working in a Jira/Agile environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change.Nice to Have:
    • Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus.
    • Experience managing a team of direct reports.
