Job Description:
A company is looking for a Gender and AI Program Manager to lead
initiatives addressing gender inequity in AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the working group, developing strategies and conducting
outreach to align with donor priorities
Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person convenings, ensuring
productive dialogue and collaboration
Document insights and create content to share findings and promote
knowledge sharing within the ecosystem
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in leading multi-stakeholder donor
initiatives, preferably in gender equity and AI
Knowledge of gender equity and/or AI in Africa and Asia
Strong project management skills with experience in organizing
events
Ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
