Facilities (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team overseeing real estate, facilities, EH&S, and
construction
Develop and execute global leasing strategies aligned with business
needs
Analyze market data for property acquisitions, lease renewals, and
space dispositions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
15+ years of experience in real estate transactions and facility
management
Expertise in managing large-scale, multi-country real estate
portfolios
Strong understanding of facilities operations and safety
regulations
Exceptional financial acumen with knowledge of GAAP/lease
accounting
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional global
teams
