Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Manager to
support operations of product implementations in the energy
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients to address complex technical issues and
support requests
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement
preventative measures
Analyze production issues and collaborate with teams to improve
operational processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer
Support with proven Operations or Technical capabilities
Strong analytical skills to identify and correlate metrics relevant
to customer goals
Advanced IT&C knowledge and ability to quickly adapt to new
software environments
Strong organizational and time management skills for managing
multiple projects
Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams in a
dynamic start-up setting
